1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on groundedbyana.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United States and Mexico. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier capacity, customs processing, and circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +525541446255 with photos and your order number. For shipments to Mexico, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's sole responsibility.
