Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes — Mexico
For orders shipped to Mexico, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by Mexican customs authorities. Grounded by Ana has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +525541446255 with:

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Grounded by Ana is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
