About the Founder | Ana

When Ana’s son developed severe joint inflammation, she began an intensive search for natural alternatives that could support his healing process. Through research, study, and a desire to understand the body beyond conventional approaches, Ana discovered grounding, also known as earthing.

Grounding is a practice rooted in biophysics that focuses on reconnecting the human body to the Earth’s natural electrical energy. Research suggests that direct contact with the Earth may help the body restore its natural electrical balance, supporting processes related to inflammation regulation, nervous system relaxation, and deeper, more restorative sleep.

With a background in industrial engineering, Ana approached grounding with curiosity and intention—seeking to understand how it works, what the science says, and how it could realistically be incorporated into everyday life. This led her to carefully search for grounding products that were not only effective, but also comfortable, durable, and designed for daily use.
