30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all included accessories (grounding cable, adapter, care instructions).

How to Start a Return

We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Grounded by Ana is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges
